It’s hard to believe we are less than two months away from the 79thannual AYF Olympic Games. As the weekend nears, we want to take this opportunity to provide Weekly readers with some reminders.
Ad Book deadline extended
Don’t be left out from this year’s commemorative Ad Book. Be sure to submit payment and content by July 13. There are two simple ways to secure your place in this priceless memento.
Online: Submit your payment securely online and e-mail your ad content to adbook@ayf.org.
Snail Mail: Mail us a check, made out to “AYF Olympics Boston,” along with your ad content to PO Box 325, Belmont, MA 02478. Or simply e-mail content to adbook@ayf.org.
For an Ad Book form, or to pay online, visit www.ayfolympics.org click on the “Ad Book” tab in the menu bar.
HyePass and dance tickets
Save on the weekend’s evening activities by purchasing a HyePass for $85 (30 percent savings). Visit the Olympics website to buy and print your HyePass instantaneously.
We are also selling individual dance tickets to Saturday’s Olympic Ball with Armenchik, as well as Sunday’s Grand Ball with the All-Stars.
For those who will be in town during Boston Kermesse in July, tickets will be available for sale to both Saturday and Sunday dances only. Don’t wait!
Hotel reservations
Rooms are limited as we are expecting a very large crowd at Olympics. Make your arrangements at the Westin Boston Waterfront by calling (888) 627-7115, and be sure to mention “Armenian Youth Federation Annual Olympic Games” to receive the special rates.
