In addition to featuring hard news and analysis from writers and thinkers across the globe, the Armenian Weekly is proud to provide visibility to different perspectives and opinions that exist across the global Armenian world—showcasing just how diverse this community really is. We do that in the form of opinion pieces, or op-eds (which stand for “opposite the editorial”), short-to-medium length articles with a well-argued and clearly expressed point, typically expressing the opinion of an author who is not affiliated with the Weekly’s editorial board. To submit an op-ed, you do not need any previous qualifications.

Before submitting your article, please review more of our tips for writing op-eds here.

You should submit your op-ed to us using the form below. You can expect to hear back from our editorial board about whether or not we will run your article within three days. If you don’t hear back, feel free to follow up by writing to editor@armenianweekly.com.

Thanks for your interest in writing for the Armenian Weekly, and we look forward to receiving your submissions!
