An article in the Jewish Press of February 13, 2020 exposed the activities of the Turkish government to take over the Armenian and Christian Quarters of Jerusalem. The article by journalist Baruch Yedid is titled, “Turkey Working to Take Over Armenian Quarters in Jerusalem’s Old City.”

Great article. I had no idea that this was going on. I have to believe that Israel knows that this is going on. The last thing that Israel needs is Turkish land owners within their country. If it wasn’t at the expense of the Armenians then Israel can have the Turks. They deserve each other.
I do not trust Israel or Turkey.
Neither has proven themselves trustworthy.

I agree with Mr. Tarpinian. I can smell the dirty work of Israel’s cooperation with Turkey.
The Armenian Church has been a thorn in the eyes of Israel. In recent years they tried to occupy the Armenian quarter (Vank) but they failed. Looks like Israel is using Turkey to buy any Armenian properties to hand them over to Israel. Not sure how did the Waqf documents ended up in the hands of the Turks dating back more than a century ago. Turkey and Israel in this case is a dirty combination.
I do not understand. I’m Jewish, grew up in Kiev (Ukraine, formerly USSR). All my life I had Armenian friends, always had great respect and admiration for the Armenian people, their survival in the face of horrible odds. I’ve been to Yerevan, where, as a student, I was greeted with kindness and good will. Both the Jews and the Armenians have lived through some horrible events in their history. How can Israel side with god-damned Turkey??

They not only wiped Armenians out of their native land but now seek to eradicate them in the lands they escaped to. What a sick people, the west is wrong to continue to continue to prop the Turkish state up. The creation of the Turkish state by Britain, France, Italy and the USA is history’s greatest mistake.
