EAFJD Issues Statement Following Brussels Attack

The European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (EAFJD) and the Armenian National Committee (ANC) of Belgium issued the following statement on March 22, in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks that targeted the Zaventem Airport in Brussels.

The staff and board members of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (EAFJD) and the Armenian National Committee (ANC) of Belgium are deeply saddened by the deplorable terrorist attacks that took place in Brussels and Zaventem Airport today.

We are safe, but in shock. Thank you to all who have called and sent messages of concern and empathy. We grieve for the innocent losses of life and extend our thoughts and prayers to their families and friends.

In today’s world, violence and hatred have no place! In the name of all our member organizations across Europe, we express our solidarity to the Kingdom of Belgium and its entire population in fighting terrorism and overcoming these cowardly acts.

  1. We thank the European Armenian Federation & the Armenian National Committee on their safety during the bombings by the IS in Belgium. The countries around the world must start interrogating these Moslems to prevent further atrocities. Also, the U.S. & it’s Allies have done nothing to wipe out the IS in Iraq & Syria. Until they are removed, then the world nations will continue to have these bombings & killings of innocent people.
