  2. Thank you Marc Mamigonian jan.
Ataturk promised Lenin to build socialism in Turkey and in the Muslim world. 09/1020 the 3-ed “Communist international congress” was organized in Baku. Enver Pasha was invited. When Lenin realized that bolshevism is triggering Caucasian region to Russia, with one condition,  that Nagorno-Karabach and Nachijevan  “will be part of Azerbaijan” and Eastern  Armenian Lands to Turkey(Lenin-Ataturk agreement 03/16/1921). Actually, this illegal document blocked and still is blocking “The Wodrow  Wilson’s Arbitrary Award” , mandate  given by the League of Nations to the USA and “Sevr”. This illegal document is shaping the reality in that corner of the world for more than 100  years,  but not the legal ones. The illegality of the Lenin Ataturk agreement is not challenged in  American  Congress. All  current UN, EU  and  USA decisions  about  Nagorno-Karabach and Nachijevan are based on illegal Lenin Ataturk  agreement.  This is a Cordian Knob of the problem,  but not addressed yet.  The current Armenian government is afraid of  Russia, to ask the USA  to assess the legality of Lenin-Ataturk  agreement. All my attempts are not  frutful yet.  No senator or congressmen is responding.  What is your  opinion?  What do you recommend.  It is our, Armenian American’s job to open the discussion and push the agenda forward in USA.
    Hargankov,  V.Pilossyan M.D.
