This is insane yet real! For all who feel our issues with the Turks are in the past and we should move on…..take a good look at this insightful column by Raffi. Teaching hatred is despicable. We know that this vile attempt feeds the narrative of denial of the genocide and the crimes committed. How could the poor victim Turks ever commit such an act? Incredible and sad that 100 years later they continue to feed the flames of hate. It is their way of hiding the truth. What the Turks have done and continue to do to the indigenous peoples of Anatolia is a great crime. To continue to pursue a policy of a hatred and lies puts them in a new category. The German people have moved to a new level of humanity after the dark days of the Nazis. The Turks are still stuck in the past , bullying and threatening anyone in their way like this is the 11th century with Seljuk tribes rampaging across the region…..instead it is Cyprus, Libya, Iraq Syria and Lebanon ….along with their own Kurdish citizens.
Wake up world… you swung and missed in 1923 with the Lausanne joke…..enabling the last 80 years. Stop them before it happens again.
