Possible but unlikely.
This is a highly complicated geo-political and military strategic issue with serious complications and consequences.
However, if it does happen, it could lead to a change in the US’s position in the recognition of the Genocide.
Turkey has never been a reliable NATO member. Even if its membership is not ended, due to its unreliability , its importance to NATO will hopefully be diminished.

The US and Israel have been holding the genocide recognition to keep turkey in line. This shows that eventually the Turks will prove uncontrollable and the genocide will be recognized.
But it won’t stop there. Recognition will only be the beginning
Turkey was never a reliable ally of West. Turkey fought against the allies during First World War. They collaborated with Stalin after that and killed millions of Armenians, Pontiac’s and Jews. They didn’t participate in the Second World War against Nazis. They invaded the tiny island of Cyprus and occupied 38% of it til today! In recent times they refused to help allies during the Iraq conflict. They supported ISIS during the Syrian conflict. They are sending illegal immigrants to Europe every single day! What other evidence the West needs to kick them out of NATO and block their application to join Europe?????
The real loser if Turkey leaves NATO will be Armenia.
With Turkey on the side of Russia, Russia will no longer need Armenia. Its base in Gyumri will lose importance and it will realign its foreign policy to more closely match that of its new friend. And then, bye bye Artsakh.
Turkey will also be kicked out of Cyprus, and coup will be encouraged by the west very likely splitting the country, no way NATO and the west give up control of the Bosporus. The Greeks will surely come out ahead.
This is in addition to genocide recognition and reparations.
So there are gains and losses in this scenario.
It’s no secret that Armenia and Russia have signed military alliance agreements, which sustain a contractual basis for cooperation, for decades to come. In 2010, a signed agreement extends a guarantee for a sustained military alliance (between Armenia and Russia), that will remain binding at least until 2044.
There is no article in nato treaty to kick out a member. It has to be voluntary.
Turkey will be sandwiched and divided between US and Russia like the rest of Middle Eastern oil Sheikhdoms in the next 50 years!
