WASHINGTON—Twenty-seven U.S. Representatives—from more than a dozen states—have recently joined H.Res.220 as cosponsors in a new wave of bipartisan backing for genocide prevention legislation that seeks to apply the lessons of the Armenian Genocide in preventing renewed atrocities across the Middle East, reported the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).

It looks as if we don’t have much or any support in the Republican party which is our weakness.We need to work with both parties if we want to carry the day.
Can we also get the states of Alabama, Indiana, Mississippi to recognize what happened to the Armenians as an act of genocide?
Great work and achievement by the ANCA.
Sadly it is not really bipartisan. All 22 are Democrats.
Where are the Republicans? What a shame.
It is not possible that they all are being influenced by the Turkish lobby’s dirty money.

ANCA needs to also work seriously with the Republican party or else you can never carry the day.
