Please order your troops out of Artsakh and Armenia; begin selling energy to Armenia at global market prices; stop providing weapons to Armenia at domestic prices; end nuclear fuel deliveries for Armenia’s atomic powerplant; bar migrant workers from Armenia from entering Russia; severe all economic ties with Armenia. Let’s see what the “Democratic” West will so to save Armenia thereafter. Let’s also see what the “mighty” Diaspora will do. Please Mr. President, let Armenians suffer the consequences of their political illiteracy, cognitive dissonance and illusions of grandeur, as that may be the ONLY way to wake Armenians up from their stupor…
According to Eric Hacopian (at Civil.Net) the dismissal of Vardanyan originated from three possible scenarios: [1] Russia pushed for Vardanyan’s Dismissa, and demanded itl. [2] An internal power struggle, from opposing financial interests. [3] Aliyev & Azerbaijan pushed for Vardanyan’s dismissal, and demanded it.
In my opinion, Artsakh rebuffed Aliyev’s demand for Vardanyan’s removal; eventually, Aliyev appealed to Putin & Russia to execute his demand, which they agreed upon. Russia then leaned upon Artsakh, to remove Vardanyan, and Harutyunyan then capitulated to Moscow’s demand to remove him.
This is yet another indication that Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Russia, are working together to undermine & weaken both Armenia and Artsakh. While Azerbaijan enforces an alliance with both NATO Turkey, and American Ally Israel, Russia hypocritically condemns Armenia for its Western friendships.
