ANCA leaders visit the Baroness Cox Rehabilitation Center and meet with several talented individuals in their arts and crafts room. The center, located in a former school, is in need of a wholesale upgrade and new construction to meet the rehabilitation needs of Artsakh residents and patients from around the region.
