Courageous indeed. These 11 Turkish origin German MPs have risked their lives to vote for justice and truth. They are worthy of praise and gratitude. They are not alone, there are many intellectuals in Turkey who have recognized the Armenian Genocide and have signed petitions indicating that Turkey should come to terms accepting the reality and stop the unacceptable denial.
The German parliamentarians have also cleared their conscience and that of all Germans from the guilt of staying silent during the brutal massacres of Armenian people.
