Commemoration Held at Parliament Hill
OTTAWA, Canada—More than 3,000 activists from across Canada gathered in Ottawa on April 24 to commemorate the 101st anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and protest the Turkish government’s ongoing denial of the crime.

I was at the commemorations in ottawa today. one thing that took me aback was the presence of turkish protesters with loud speakers who apparently were paid $150.00 each, their job was to drown out our organizers’ speeches. this should never happen again.
