Hamazkayin D.C. Chapter

Founded in 1982, the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society has supported Armenian cultural and intellectual life through theater, music and public programming. For over two decades, the chapter has maintained a theater company staging works by Armenian and international playwrights, helped establish the Assadourian and Semerjian Foundations, and hosted artists and intellectuals from Armenia and the Diaspora.
