I believe Aram Hamparian was too kind and soft on Mr. Warlick.
Warlick ” his role as a partner of peace and an ally in the search for fair and lasting peace” does not reflect what Warlick has done so far.
Indeed, he has been unfair, very biased and an outright anti NKR.
I wonder what he said, if he said anything, that indicates his opinion and attitude will change.
