With less than six weeks to go, below are some additional reminders and deadlines to keep in mind as the 79thAYF-YOARF Olympic Games arrive in Boston!
HyePass and Dance Tickets
ARMENCHIK tickets will be sold at the third annual Boston Kermesse community festival. Look for the AYF table on Sat., July 21 and Sun., July 22 to buy tickets. We will also be selling tickets to Sunday’s Olympic Grand Ball with the OLYMPIC ALL-STARS.
For those who plan to attend all of the evening Olympic events, save by purchasing a HyePass for $85 (30 percent savings). Visit the Olympics website (www.ayfolympics.org) to buy and print your HyePass instantaneously.
Ad Book Deadline Approaching
Don’t be left out from this year’s commemorative Ad Book! Be sure to submit payment and content ASAP.
There are two simple ways to secure your place in this priceless momento: Online: Submit payment securely online and email your content to adbook@ayf.org
Snail Mail: Mail us a check, made out to AYF Olympics Boston along, with your ad content to PO Box 325, Belmont, MA 02078. Or, simply email your content to adbook@ayf.org
