Concerned by the silence of the human rights community over the grave war crimes and atrocities committed during Azerbaijan’s attacks against the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabagh) in April 2016, the ALC has called on Amnesty International and HRW to detail these crimes in their annual reports.
