Suren Oganessian

Suren Oganessian was born in Concord, Calif., in 1986. He discovered his talent and love for writing and storytelling in high school, and recently graduated with an MFA in creative writing from Fresno State, where he also regularly contributed to the Hye Sharzhoom Armenian student newspaper. He is an aspiring novelist and, when not writing historical fiction, he likes to delve into creative nonfiction, poetry, and historical fantasy genres. Oganessian currently resides in Martinez, Calif.
