Aida Chaldranyan was born in Yerevan and immigrated to Los Angeles. Past versions of her can be found in the worlds of filmmaking, the running of independent bookstores, literary editing, and pregnancy and childbirth education and support. She currently resides in the Sierra Nevada foothills with her family, in a little cabin in the woods.
