ARF Day in New York to feature panel discussion and celebration
The ARF “Armen Garo” Gomideh is hosting two upcoming events this November that bring together important conversations about Armenia’s future and an evening of Armenian patriotic music.
On Friday, Nov. 20, 2026, a panel discussion titled “Armenia After the 2026 Elections: What Comes Next? Political Landscape, National Challenges, & Path Forward.”The discussion will feature Anna Grigoryan and Kristine Vardanyan, members of Parliament of the Republic of Armenia, and Edgar Elbakyan, co-founder of the Armenian Project NGO. Nazareth Markarian, Esq., will serve as moderator.
The panel will explore Armenia’s political landscape following the 2026 elections, the national challenges facing the country, and the potential path forward. Attendees will hear from the panelists and engage with key questions about Armenia’s future.

The following evening, Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, the community is invited to celebrate ARF Day, featuring renowned Armenian singer Karnig Sarkissian, accompanied by Khachig Malkhasian and his band, a performance by Samvel “Smboul” Eranyan, and a special appearance by New York Hamazkayin’s Nor Yeraz Dance Ensemble.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m., the event will bring the community together for an evening of Armenian patriotic and revolutionary songs.
The program will include a cocktail hour, dinner and an open bar.
