We should all rejoice with this miracle. A free Artsakh with new villages being built to ensure our sustainable able
presence. In reading a recent interview, the visibility of this work to the general public is the greatest
challenge. Let us all take a moment to share this story on social media. Building infrastructure…..water
supply, schools, employment, housing , increasing population especially in the liberated areas is how
Artsakh will prevail.

has taken heat for its affiliation with past regimes, but credit must be given where credit is due. This is
the ARF at its best….. populist, with the people, producing important results. The vision of this concept
