  1. We congratulate the Kurdish Mayor of Dikranakert for giving his thoughts on the Kurdish issues along with Armenian issues in that area. Turkey has expanded the war not only against the Kurds but is supporting the ISIS by purchasing the Oil coming from Iraq instead of attacking & eliminating this radical Moslem group.
