YEREVAN (AP)–Armenia says it will retaliate for the weekend killings of two ethnic Armenian soldiers by Azeri snipers who fired into a Nagorno Karabakh.
Armenia’s Defense Ministry spokesman David Karapetian said on Nov. 21 the retaliation for the soldiers’ deaths will be “disproportionate.”
His Azeri counterpart, Teymur Abdullayev, said a shootout at the border was provoked by Armenians.
They always have an answer to justify themselves!!!

This a very unfortunate situation. The Azeris use these criminal violations to satisfy their public and to draw Armenians into instability. I am sure our restraint has been respected by the OSCE and other mediating official, but they obviously are powerless to force a withdrawal of the snipers from the LOC.Teaching them a lesson will provide short term relief, but is not in the long term interests of our people. We must find a way for the OSCE to remove snipers from the line. A very difficult problem to solve with the morals and ethics of the adversary. They oppress the population, start a war, lose a war, request a cease fire and constantly violate their own truce.
But we must have faith in our leaders. The Karabakhtzis have changed the course of Armenian history. No retreat, no surrender, no genocide… they seized the opportunity with sacrifice and that sacrifice will continue to motivate them to protect the interests of the people.
Let us remember the commitment of our people on a daily basis at the Armenia Fund Telethon!!!!!
Let’s not forget who pays for equipment and training of these Azeri Turk snipers.
We do! US taxpayers’ $$ go to equip and train Azeri Turk askers.
NATO member Turkey and US mercenary corporations collect US military assistance and put it to use at the border with Artsakh.

1. Though I expressed my viewpoint as to retaliation¨their way¨ it must have escaped your and /or others(hopefully not) attn:In brief,Do as they do(even more covertly)…For YOU ME HE SHE OTHERS CANNOT EVER CHANGE THEIR way of being Raison D´etre,their Khasiat in their LINGO…so Tit for Tat best way…even more covertly..
2. OSCE or any other such instances are unable to pursuade them or try to change their khasiat… they will always be so(only by changing manner of acting..why they went on doing what they knew best even with the secret severee soviet regime…bribed them!O.k.? do you follow what ´m saying.impossible to change their nature!!!
Oh not be unjust ,there may be ONE in 10,000 turoc-azeris…good natured,too.

It is very simple. You put your 18-19 year olds in the occupied homes of someone, and you own the blame for their death at the hand of those whose former homes they are occupying. A lot of these deaths occur in Agdam, a territory clearly outside Karabak, a terriotiry that your freedom fighters are occupying.
As for OSCE and withdrawals of snipers and Azeris declining the proposal … Why should we withdraw and make the occupiers feel safe at home. We are at war. It is frozen, but it will thaw at the earliest signs of Russia (your patron) giving a nod for a quick war. You or we may win. But one thing for sure: there will be a second round. You won the first one … but not the war.
