On Fri., May 21, the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy will host the First International Conference in Spain on the Armenian Genocide.
The event begins at 4 p.m. at the Faculty of History and Geography in Madrid (Building of Philosophy B, Professor Aranguren, University Hall).
Featured speakers include Alfred de Zayas, a historian, jurist, and American writer; Gonzalo Hernández Guarch, author; José Antonio Gurriaran, journalist, writer, and president of the International Press Club; Juan Merelo-Barberà y Gabriel, lawyer at the International Court of Justice; and Hilda Tchoboian, president of the European Armenian Federation.
