APRIL 20, 2010 * GENOCIDE COMMEMORATION. The Armenian National Committee (ANC) of Wisconsin will co-host this year’s program and reception at 9:45 a.m. in the Assembly Parlor of the State Capitol in Madison. A bus will be chartered and leave the parking lot of St. Hagop Armenian Church, 4100 N.
