Sophie Vranian

Sophie Vranian’s three passions in life are yogurt (matzun, anyone?), yoga, and farming. She comes from a big restaurant family but is the black sheep who decided against the kitchen and for the fields. She is the farm manager for an organic CSA farm in Hutchinson, Minn. and lives in Watertown, Minn. The other side of her family roots are French-German, so she enjoys all things buttery.
