Bella Shakhnazaryan

Bella Shakhnazaryan is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, also known as the Paris Institute of Political Studies. Her research focused on Artsakh and diaspora–homeland relations. She has contributed articles to various French-Armenian publications, covering both political and cultural topics, and is currently working in the field of innovative education.
