Don’t let Turks buy land in Armenia; impose tariffs on Turkish imports
The Armenian government must take two important steps prior to opening the border with Turkey: 1) Forbid Turkish citizens from buying real estate in Armenia; and 2) Place tariffs on the import of products from Turkey.
Obviously, Turkish citizens do not have to cross the Armenian border to be able to buy real estate in Armenia. But, with the opening of the mutual land border, more Turkish citizens will be able to come to Armenia, thus increasing the flow of people and products from Turkey.

France does not exist to secure Armenia’s future.
French Presidents are Armenia’s friend for votes.
You have no history, culture together.
Look up the definition of friends.

Your remark about French presidents being Armenia’s friends for their votes reminded me of how the Turkish mullah and terrorist-in-chief loud mouth charlatan Erdogan came to power as president. He had cut a fake “peace” deal with the militant Kurds to put down their arms in return for more autonomy in today’s Kurdish populated provinces, aka Turkish-occupied Western Armenia, to exploit their much needed votes to win presidential election. Things of course did not pan out as he had hoped because as a result of his scheme he lost the nationalist (MHP) votes because they were and are vehemently against any peace deal with the Kurds. What did he do next? He staged terrorist acts in major cities, with many injured and dead, and blamed them on the Kurds. He then scrapped his fake peace deal with the Kurds and started military attacks on them and as a result he secured the nationalist votes to become president. That is when we saw for the first time, publically that is, he making their fascist sign with his fingers to thank them for their votes.
Given the fact how terrorist Erdogan came to power, it seems that you calling the French-Armenian friendship nothing but an empty gesture to solicit Armenian votes is much like a tea pot calling the kettle black!
