AYF Olympics Ad Book deadline set for August 8

The deadline for submissions to appear in the 2021 AYF Olympic Games Ad Book is fast approaching. The 2021 AYF Central Executive (CE) has announced a deadline of August 8 ahead of the highly anticipated annual games to be held in Providence, RI over Labor Day weekend.

The AYF Ad Book is a top fundraising component that helps ensure the AYF’s wide range of programs for its young members in the upcoming year are well-funded. From educational seminars and scholarships to dances and summer programs, the AYF Ad Book is a financial lifeline for the beloved youth organization.

This year, the CE has decided to share the funds with chapters in the region. Each chapter will be entitled to 10-percent of all the funds associated with advertisement purchases from members of their community. Donors are asked to select their home chapter upon submitting their ad.

Ads take mere minutes to submit. Simply choose an ad size, provide the desired text and/or artwork and then complete the order form and payment process. The CE suggests spotlighting a business, writing a note of encouragement to the Olympic athletes or sharing your favorite AYF memory. The AYF CE and Central Webteam Council are readily available to provide help and support.

The AYF Ad Book will be widely distributed to thousands of families across the country.

Ads can also be mailed with a check payment to the Armenian Youth Federation located at 80 Bigelow Ave., Suite 301, Watertown, MA, 02472.
