  1. A beautiful historical country to visit – you can see pagan temples, old churches, and Ararat mountain, and world’s second largest lake at 4000 feet elevation lake Seven. Restaurants, night entertainment, and symphony all offers class.

  2. A very beautiful country it is rich in history. Monasteries abound throughout the country and the Silk Road spiderwebs it way in the mountainous areas. There are many very nice hotels in Yerevan and other regions. Also, the Armenian cuisine is simply fabulous and you appetite will certainly be taken care of with the many delicious items on their menus. Be sure to take in the opera house, local wineries, and visit the many museums in Yerevan. Armenia’s wineries are unsurpassed and its cognac is no doubt the best in the world. There remains several large cast barrels of Stalin’s favorite cognac at the winery there in Yerevan. Be sure to take a tour of that facility. Also, be sure to visit the Megrian Carpets are still handmade the old fashion way on looms of antiquity right there in Yerevan. Fascinating to say the least.

I spent two weeks in Armenia in September 2017 and had a wonderful time.

  3. “Visit rmenia, It Is Beautiful” a non-commercial slogan/logo/website we have been promoting since 1999
Yes Armenia is one of the safest countries in the World…. “Visit Armenia, It Is Beautiful” and tell a friend….

  4. A minor correction to the previous comment about “Stalins’ favorite cognac”: This was Churchill’s favorite cognac that Stalin used to send him via diplomatic pouch during 1941-1945 period.
