This column is mostly intended for readers outside the United States who may not be familiar with U.S. campaign contribution laws. Interestingly, even Americans are often confused about the complex regulations regarding limits of political contributions that are different in local, state, and federal elections.

  1. Why give such a prominent space for hillary clinton’s photo in this paper. Her focus has always been power and money, not what used to be good for America. She has failed the nation and will not stop doing so.

  2. Yes, the author featured Hillary Clinton in this article, but I wouldn’t say he was very positive in the way he shined a light on her campaign donations and those that were invited to the events and given the opportunity to donate large sums. I got a rather negative impression of the Dems and Hillary from reading the article. I am neither for or against the tone of the article, just pointing out the vibe I got while reading it. Even the title of the article mentions the word “Bribery.” Especially this sentence: “In many countries, money handed to political candidates is called bribery.” This word is never used to mean a good thing.

  3. Now follow up with an article on Hillary’s backtracking record on the Armenian Genocide issue.
