Local historian Joe Dagdigian presents an illustrated talk that will include archaeological and nature scenes, along with current projects and sites in Tiflis, Georgia and Javakhk. Begins at 6:30 p.m., at ARS Community Center, 142 Liberty St. in Lowell, Mass. Sponsored by the Lowell “Aharonian” Gomideh in observance of the Feb. 18 Revolt.
