Established in March 2006, SOAR is the only non-profit organization that focuses exclusively on providing humanitarian relief to orphaned children living in Armenia. They provided $60,000 in assistance in 2006, more than $88,000 in 2007, and eclipsed $100,000 in both 2008 and 2009.
