Kardashian Autobiography to Hit Bookstores in November

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (A.W.)—Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian’s autobiography, Kardashian Konfidential, is due to hit bookstores on Nov. 13 (hardcover, $25.99). The book promises to offer a peek into the private lives of the reality television stars.

With 200 color photos, and in 256 pages, the sisters share family stories, beauty and dating tips, style secrets, advice, personal snapshots, diary entries, and artifacts, as well as “the wisdom they learned from their beloved father, and the street smarts they got from their mother that sustain them in life and in business,” informs publisher St. Martin’s Press.

On Aug. 11, the sisters released the cover of their book. “I’m beyond thrilled to finally be able to share the cover of our upcoming autobiography, Kardashian Konfidential!!! Doesn’t it look fab?! Kim, Kourtney, and I had a blast working together on this and we hope you all have just as much fun reading it. You’ll find out some fun little secrets. It’s definitely really fun and light-hearted. It’s all three of us narrating so it’s very silly and definitely a lot of sisterly banter!” wrote Khloe Kardashian on her website.

The sisters are the stars of the E! reality series “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” Kim, 29, is the executive producer of the reality show “The Spin Crowd,” while Kourtney, 31, and Khloe, 26, have their own show, “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami,” both on E!  The three also own a clothing boutique, DASH; have graced the covers of a number of magazines; and have appeared in advertising campaigns.

Their father is attorney Robert Kardashian (1944-2003), best known for defending O.J. Simpson.

  1. “promises to offer a peek into the private lives of the reality television stars.”. What private lives? What “reality” TV? There are books by professionals if you want beauty and dating tips. I see the way the media glorifies the Kardashians to young impressionable girls and boys all the while sensible people are disgusted with their terrible influence.

  2. Who cares about Kardashian? Is she Armenian or her last name ends with ‘ian’.
People, writers, there are stories that needs to be told about Armenia and its heroes.

  3. I was wondering about this all along… Who is ruining those impressionable girls around the world. It’s the Kardashians!

  4. So what, people are enjoying themselves, let the Kardashians have fun, the whole world is the same, no one is a saint. At least they’re becoming millionaires for having fun..

  5. Love the Kardashian sisters!  They’re gorgeous, they’re smart, funny, talk about being Armenian, feel proud to be Armenian. And sadly face the most criticism from, I’m guessing, extremist religious groups and some Weekly readers. It’s sad, really.

  6. These are the same people who lament that our community isn’t closer, that we don’t support our children, our rising stars, in all they do, like other communities might.  That we’re too critical.  It is sad, Josie.
I remember there was a story on this website months ago about Agassi’s party, and there was a slew of negative and rude comments below it — for absolutely no reason.
Are these commentators’ families perfect?  I doubt it.  So, let’s try to be more positive, more supportive, and less judgmental (please!) especially when talking about these young girls.

  7. You know my dear commentators…

even though I don’t agree with most of the things Kardashians do and stand for because i believe they can be more flavourful and respectful when it comes to exposing certain things.. i still want to be supportive of them.. regardless.. they did have an Armenian Father.. and they do have Armenian blood in them..

If we trash talk our half Armenians… and yes i understand they are not perfect ..then we are not helping the cause….

If the sisters are reading this.. i would recommend you to be more  involved in  Armenian Community Outreach Programs, and Armenians Events which will help you connect with your Armenian heritage and community…. and i think it will help them to be better role models for all young girls and boys..

Everything aside.. I think all three sisters are beautiful…

  8. When I think of great intellectual minds of the twenty-first century I think of the Kardashians. Who cares about these spoiled, narcissitic, materialistic people.
They claim they are proud to be Armenian but in one episode, Khloe said,
” We did not speak one word of Armenian.” There’s something to be proud of.

  9. Sometimes the arguments made here do not make sense at all. Some of the best Armenian American writers, painters, historians, don’t speak Armenian. Some of the leaders of our community who have dedicated their lives to the Armenian cause don’t speak Armenian. Tens of thousands of Armenian-American don’t speak Armenian. Give me a break, will you?

  10. Anonymous, are you saying they have to be “great intellectual minds” to gain your support?  Does it not matter how — strictly from an Armenian point of view, here — they’ve brought more attention to being Armenian than any other celebrity of Armenian descent?  How, on the show, they celebrated their late father’s birthday by going to an Armenian restaurant, that Kourtney named her son Mason in part because “Kardash” means mason in Armenian, that they mention something Armenian related every few shows?  (Even if they didn’t, they don’t deserve your harsh judgment.)

  11. Once more the editorial board censors yet another one of my posts! Well, at least it’s good to know that, after reading one of my posts, I’m forcing you to change your underpants more than once a month now, due to the terror that you all have of me and my posts!

  12. Robert.. I believe your posts consists of very strong Anti-Armenian and very Genocidal mind set which is why I am not surprise AW are blocking them…

When you learn to express like a normal person and not someone soooo crazed up on Anti-Armenian matters, then maybe you will be allowed in these civilized discussion groups…until then, I doubt your tries will pass…it is sad truly but I know how your posts are and I would not want anyone to read them..

You think AW is afraid of you?  remember we are not in Turkey.. You can’t use your Article 301 on anyone in US… but yet, You keep using threat and violence when you can’t express your ideas freely.. i wonder why that is..hmmmmm….

    have a good day sir…

  13. First of all, the editorial board censors armenians as well, i have wrote comments that they would not allow, so don’t take it personally.

But what you should do is change your underpants everyday, cause cleanliness is next to godliness.

  14. I don’t think it is fair to single out a group of people (Kardashians) and grind them based on the way they portrait themselves in the media.  No doubt there are many Armenians in our community that would not hesitate to trade places with Kardashians, does it make them less of Armenian or different Armenians.
Lets not get into the argument of approving or disapproving the lifestyle of the Kardashians, for there are more important issues that we as a nation should be concerned of.
Dear Kardashaians, I’m sure the Armenian community will appreciate you even more when you show your support to the concerns that are desperately needed in Armenia.
There are villages that lack running water, electricity and schools.  There are many orphans in Armenia that need our immediate attention and care.
Here is a link of an Armenian village that needs running water.

Just less than 24 hours ago, yesterday at 8:PM
I was talking to a Korean lady
Sitting near to me with her American husband in a respectful restaurant.
    She asked me
    What was my ethnicity?
    I said, Armenian
    She said I know Kardashian
I like her style so much.

    She doesn’t know …Aram Khachaturian

    Or Damadian (MRI inventor)
    But Kardashian!

  16. Hey Gayane,

Guess again! There wasn’t one single word of anything anti-genocidal in my post (ask the editorial board if you don’t believe me!). As for the rest of your comment, please refer to the comment made by Linda to prove you wrong.

    Linda,

Though I do not doubt you, I find it extremely hard to fanthom the idea that the editorial board would censor and/or delete some of your posts, as you stated! however, if that is indeed the case, then there is certainly something very wrong with this board and they nedd to be investigated and/or replaced!

I invite all of you to the Turkish forums (JDA is always there posting) on the net. Notice the differences between their editorial boards and this one. Everything that JDA or any others write, no matter how disgusting and insultive they may be (and JDA is right up there), will be posted and remain posted!! The only time which I ever saw that a post was removed from one of the sites was when it was so offensive (every third word started with the letter “F”, with wishes that every new born Turk was “butchered and fed to dogs while their parents watch before they too met the same fate”). I think that individual was reported to the FBI and was tracked down. But the whole point is that there is no censorship nor deletions! One board is comprised of true professionals, while this board…..

  17. Robert. HEY is for horses.. I am not a horse.. i am an Armenian.. you know Armenians right??? A race that your forefathers tried to eliminate from this planet?  but UNLUCKY you and your kind, we lived on…unless you see us as horses, animals like your forefathers did..

So that said.. learn how to address people FIRST before you preach equal treatment…

I laughed when I read your comment

Are you serious???? Are you comparing your sites with our site??? you just told us straight out that your sites are shameless and unprofessional because they are allowing insults, and disgusting matters to be posted… why don’t you appreciate the fact that you are even able to speak here and that we are very polite to you… knowing how you see Armenians and the Armenian Genocide..

Secondly, the difference between Turkish site and Armenian Site is that we discuss matters with an open mind but do not throw nonsense and outrageous information like you do and your friends…

So please don’t complain about your posts being thrown out because trust me, if all of it are allowed to posts, you will be reported to FBI just like the guy you were talking about… knowing your mindset and your anger toward Armenians and the Armenian Genocide…pleaseee… spare me your tears..i am getting sick and tired of your whining..

    have a good day sir.
