YEREVAN (A.W.)–On Jan. 12, the Armenian Constitutional Court ruled that the Armenia-Turkish protocols on establishing diplomatic relations do conform to the Armenian constitution.
As the head of the Modus Vivendi Center, Ara Papian noted, “The decision of the Constitutional Court provides even more opportunities for… struggle, as the legal opinion of the Constitutional Court is not absolute and without qualification, but has certain clear interpretations and reservations.”
