BRUSSELS, Belgium—Members of European Parliament (MEP) Marek Jurek (Poland) and Costas Mavrides (Cyprus) have urged Azerbaijan to stop using its own civilian population as human shields and to introduce an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) sponsored independent investigative mechanism at the Artsakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact (LoC).

Would you expect any better by this azeri mob. They have no human responsibility and the OSCE minsk group has just woken up to these criminals. Do you really think any form of direction given by OSCE or even the UN would change the positional play of these criminals? These criminals have no intention of getting into a serious dialogue. And the world does NOTHING.
