Its not enough, first we should never have lost 800 hectares of Artsakh land and than label it as useless by serjik and secondly we should have moved deep into their land and bring them to their knees once and for all as this was a golden opportunity given to us by the azeris thus we would have had a better bargaining position in the final round of negotiations.

this document, or 1 paged letter is not enough to write a “book” about lost. Azerbaijan Military Forces is not a garden where children play, if its a secret document, no one including Shahnazaryan can get access to this letter with his great dreams. 2016 april is a history as 1990`s, which you armenians dont accept. In every war there are losts. What is the difference? Simple. We say bravely about our killed people. Its a proud to die in war for motherland for Azerbaijanian and all turkish nations.
This is a leaked document, there are lots of mistakes for the letter to Minister.
It is sad that we celebrate the loss of human life, whether it’s Azeri or Armenian. Both sides are pawns to bigger regimes, and peace and stability will bring much more prosperity to the area. I pray one day peace comes to this land, and Armenians and Turks can live in peace and harmony as neighbours.
