  2. In regards to the Armenia-U>S Parliamentary Delagation’s visit to Washington, DC we hope the following two issues are brought forward & discussed. First, in regards to our Historic Land of Artsakh whereby Azerbaijan has been sniping & killing our Armenian soldiers & Village People month after month whereby over 400 of our people have killed. We ask why has not the Russian Government whom is supposed to our Ally which they help guarding our border with Turkey but no help from Russia to tell the Azeri’s to stop the senseless killings of our people. This must be brought forward. My second question to the Government of Armenia is: why hasent Armenia incorporated our Historic Land of Artsakh to Armenia. Over 30 years have gone by & nothing has been done. European Nations have split away to separate Enclaves & have been accepted as Independent Nations. This issue must be also brought forward.
