It was emotionally exciting to see for the first time the pictures of the founding of AYF.Newly arrived from Egypt in 1962 , in a very small community of Toronto I was part of a group of new young immigrants that formed the AYF Simon Zavarian chapter in an unger’s basement with 18 members. Now they have over 200 !
What about the associations in Canada.Are there any and how many members?

Thank you for the e mails of the Hairenik. I was seven years old when the picture of the first Tzeghagron convention was taken in 1934. I can identify at least 15 people in the picture. My father was in the front row Vahram Der Parseghian (hat on ground) right next to Gerry Hagopian. We had that photo in our home. I was a delegate to the 1946
AYF convention in Detroit
