  1. The priorities are extremely well defined and articulated. They are all priorites that are essential to the well being of Armenia and Artsakh.
    Every Armenian-American should support ANCA and take action.

  2. An excellent outline! However, I urge that focus be placed on finalizing the bilateral tax treaty, often misleadingly called a dual taxation treaty, between the USA and the Republic of Armenia. To those who have never worked on US/ROA issues, this may not seem important… but it really is a key issue in improving bilateral relation and tax law in Armenia.
