Garen Yegparian

Asbarez Columnist
Garen Yegparian is a fat, bald guy who has too much to say and do for his own good. So, you know he loves mouthing off weekly about anything he damn well pleases to write about that he can remotely tie in to things Armenian. He's got a checkered past: principal of an Armenian school, project manager on a housing development, ANC-WR Executive Director, AYF Field worker (again on the left coast), Operations Director for a telecom startup, and a City of LA employee most recently (in three different departments so far). Plus, he's got delusions of breaking into electoral politics, meanwhile participating in other aspects of it and making sure to stay in trouble. His is a weekly column that appears originally in Asbarez, but has been republished to the Armenian Weekly for many years.

  1. Thank you for bringing this to light. There’s no doubt that we need to be suspicious of their activities and should be monitoring the moves they are attempting to make currently and in the future. I’m of a different mind though that these organizations should be crushed from the start if we have the power to do so. They are cancers for us.

  2. “I want to request that readers and others stop accusing me of having supported Hillary Clinton”

“that assertion is made just because I happen to criticize Donald Trump”

I wonder if your accusers are using simple common sense to come to their conclusions. For example, when there are two final candidates running for a position, and you criticize only one of them, that is an automatic endorsement of the other, even though you “would be a little bit ashamed to support Hillary out in the open”.

Interestingly enough, and rather disturbingly enough, and in fact shamefully enough, so many Armenians were not ashamed to support a snake like Hillary, who would have ended up finishing off the Armenian communities of the Middle East (what has been left of them) had she been elected (my prediction). These were mostly our “feminists” who believed that a female president was more important than engaging the country in WWIII based on their leftist indoctrination from the American media.

So before I make up my own mind about your position, did you criticize Hillary as you did Trump on equal footing during the election?
