With all due respect but please be more accurate with your facts; “One of the seven districts in Azerbaijan proper that were partly or fully occupied by Artsakh’s Armenian forces during the 1991-1994 war”. The truth of the matter is, territories occupied by Azerbaijan by way of Genocide committed on Armenia, then liberated by Artsak’s Armenian forces….
