  1. “The Turkish hoodlums came out of their obscurity into the limelight with a great grandstand play. They did a better job of discrediting the Turkish government than we Armenians were ever able to do.” — CK Garabed

  2. This resolution is nothing more than cheap talk. In our life time, we would witness more violence than before. Just wait and see! A logical president would have canceled his meeting with Erdogan until Erdogan cleaned his own house first.

  3. There is some downside to this 1) what is actually legally binding about this, as I understand it; Erdogan and his employees have diplomatic immunity. 2) This has pushed Gulen forward by some whackjob members of Congress like Rohbacher and Sherman to claim that “Gulen must be a good guy” and nothing can be further from the truth. Gulenists were the ones blocking the Armenian Genocide bill in Congress. They also were the lobbying for Azerbaijan 3) Why aren’t they going after the Turkish Americans that were identified as kicking slugging Kurdish and Armenian women? Go after their assets one owns a construction firm in NJ.

  4. Thank goodness our House or Representatives has spoken.
Yet, there is silence from the President on the criminal activity led by his ally.

  5. I agree with Lusine Hakobyan above comment:

  6. it’s about time ….now how about acknowledging the ” Armenian Genocide” and really put them back on their haunches, a long time coming…….

  7. Lets see what the follow up will be by congress before we rejoice too much.
