azerbaijan understands only one thing.
retaliate with punitive damage otherwise this will continue to no end. this is the only thing they understand. they keep hitting because there is no retaliation.

We wish to thank Representatives Sherman, Pallone & Schiff on condemning Azerbaijan’s Anti-Armenian Massacres. We also hope that the continuous monthly killing of Artsakh soldiers will also be brought forward in the House & Senate & the killing of innocent village people. We get no coverage on this continuous killings in the American Newspapers & TV Stations. Why is this being blocked here in the supposedly Democratic country of the United States. This must be investigated.
