  1. Is it mainly brcause Turkish leaders have come to believe they are above all laws; that they can continue to fool and silence western government leaders by such statements without acknowledging their monstrous Genocide of Armenians?

  2. What stops Turkey from bringing the matter before the International Court of Justice to ask for an advisory opinion? If Turkey is honestly looking for an answer, this might help it.
