  1. He is the only voice of sanity in Turkey’s Parliament and I fear his safety. It’s a crazy country ran by idiots, they have no problem with assassinating ambassadors, journalists and anyone who opposes the top idiot, Erdogan!

  2. The modern Turk similar to the modern German turns a blind eye to their “dark” period in history..

  3. It would be informative to have some detail on the contents of this ammendment in question. AW articles, while interesting for the most part, often leave out critical details about the story.

    • INACCURATE!! The German government has not turned a blind eye to their “‘dark’ period” and have done much to make amends for what happened during the Nazi period.

  4. I am not surprised of the Turkish parliamental decision since they are backed by a Christian country such as United States of America. Did you hear me …Mr. Obama, that you claim to be a churchgoing Christian that I doubt…..

What happened to your promises to the Armenian people for bringing people who committed genocide to justice? Secondly, what happened to the speeches you make every time about the freedom of speech? The Turks continuing with their action of killing people who express their opinions such as the Russian ambassador, with no regret. I can see you and the Congress are turning your blind eye like usual to this situation just like you have to the genocide of one and a half million Armenians committed by them.

Our only hope is that President-elect Trump will be man enough to stand against the Turks and bring them to justice.
