  1. To Michael Mensoian: Congratulations on your excellent article on our 125th Anniversary of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation & on our Founders in Tiflis, Georgia in 1890. If it wasn’t for the A.R.F., Armenia would not have existed to this day, just as the Nation of Assyria does not exist. These are issues that the Armenian People must not forget & the numerous atrocities that the Turks have done down through the centuries from 1064 A.D. to the present day.

  2. {If it wasn’t for the A.R.F., Armenia would not have existed to this day,}

    Typical ARF hyperbole.

    The Heroic Battle of Sardarabad is the reason there was a First Armenian Republic, which made it possible for RoA of today to exist.
    The Battle of Sardarabad was a battle of all Armenians.

    Stop elevating a political party, any political party, above the Armenian Nation.

    All political parties – ARF, Ramgavar, Hunchak,…., Prosperous, Heritage, RPA – will fade in due course and take their place in our history books.

    Armenian Nation exited for 1000s of years before any political parties existed, and will continue existing for 1000s of years after all of today’s political parties are distant memories.

    • One more thing.

      Just before heroic, but short-lived First Republic was Sovietized in 1920, Turks were again advancing towards Armenia, planning to occupy it. We should know what would happen next if they succeeded.

      [As part of the Soviet Union, the Armenian SSR transformed from a largely agricultural hinterland to an important industrial production center, while its population almost quadrupled from around 880,000 in 1926 to 3.3 million in 1989 due to natural growth and large-scale influx of Armenian Genocide survivors and their descendants.] (from Wiki)

      btw: Armenia’s NPP, which supplies 40% of RoA electricity today, was funded and constructed when Armenia was Armenia SSR.

    • Typical Russian apologist. How many Armenians were murdered or sent to Siberia? Russia is awful. It created a virtual prison for all involved. Is screw light for most Armenia. In fact the real reason we are where we are is PEOPLE LIKE YOU who would rather stroke a foreign country like Russian then his own Armenian compatriot: Traitor.
