  1. Right on Sassna-Tsrer. When in doubt, throw them out. There is no rest for the wicked.

  2. Congratulations to the Governor’s Councilors, concerned citizens amd activists who took a principled stand on this issue and acted accordingly.

  3. Kudos to Mr. David Boyajian for his relentless and principled stand on this, and for keeping readers of AW informed.
Also kudos to Councilor Marilyn Devaney who led the 4 members of the Governor’s Council who voted to reject the nomination.
(who were the other 4 ? would they have voted to put an anti-Semite on Massachusetts supreme court?)

Also congrats to all unnamed others for their efforts in blocking this AG Denialist from assuming a high office that he clearly was not qualified for.
Yes, not qualified: if you doubt that, then consider what would happen if a racist or an anti-Semite was nominated for the same position.
In this day and age. In these United States.
It simply would not happen, no matter how qualified he or she was otherwise.
The fact that Mr. Berman was even nominated speaks volumes.

  4. AG denial MUST be countered at every turn with out question. Denialist and apologists need to be know there is consequences at ever turn. I’m glad Berman got rejected. One day, we need to start having a serious question as to WHY Jews, of all people, actively counter the AG recognition. IO understand that they are NOT the Armenians friend and some would even say were responsible in the destruction of the Armenian Nation..
