FEB. 26, 2012 * ROGER KUPELIAN TALK. In commemoration of Vartanantz Day, the Knights and Daughters of Vartan host Roger Kupelian, filmmaker, graphic novelist, and digital effects artist known for his work in such films as “The Lord of the Rings” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.” Kupelian will share his works and discuss “Armenia’s Warrior Mythology: The Power of Myth and How We Draw Strength from It.” Also featuring a recitation by Nairy Hagopian and music by Susan Mardoian and Shooshan Paklaian.
