The Ad Book Committee has been busy sending out information and talking with friends about the Souvenir Book for the 2009 AYF Olympic Games in Providence, R.I.
Ads continue to come in, and the committee encourages you to preserve your memories of the weekend by being a part of this year’s ad book, which will take 76 years of Olympics history and tradition to “Hyer” ground. In fact, the cover of the ad book promises to be a wonderful rendering of the theme of the 2009 Olympics: “Taking Tradition to Hyer Ground!”
The Providence community has taken special pride in creating a true hishadag for our guests and advertisers in true “Varantian” style. We encourage our alumni and friends to include photos with their stories and memories to make this ad book a true lifetime keepsake.
You may access the ad form on the Olympics website at www.ayfolympics.org if you have not already received one in the mail. Make this year’s ad extra special by including full-color photographs or artwork on a Champion Page for $500. Other options include a Finish Line Page in gold for $300, a Full Page for $200, or a Half Page for $100. You may also sponsor a page of history in the book for $50, or be one of our friends and supporters for $25.
