  1. This is wonderful news. We are George and Victoria Hobson, who first went with a small team to Karabagh in 1999 after meeting with Baroness Cox, to paint rooms in the damaged hospital in Stepanakert. With SPFA, the French humanitarian organization (Solidarite Protestante France Armenie), we visited Armenia and Karabagh many times in the next thirteen years. George taught theology for the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Armenian Evangelical Church. We love Armenians, and that wild country of Armenia. We also support Trees for Armenia. The news of the mine clearance fills us with joy. Bravo!

  2. Rupen jan,
I am a Pensioner with a small pension, but I´d like to contribute. Why did you or the “Armenian Weekly” not add an IBAN and SWIFT in the article ? Could you send it on my email address ? – Thanks a lot, WR
